Welcome! You've found my web journal, where
I talk about my life as a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur. When I'm not chasing my four boys around, I'm hard at work running my company,
The Farm Chicks, writing books, and working as a contributing editor for Country Living Magazine.
I consider myself the luckiest girl in the world, and
I'm happy to share my stories and ideas with you.
My name is Serena, and I'm so happy you're here.
P.S. I love hearing from you! Feel free to drop me a note anytime!

Love NY but......what about Ohio? We're off to Columbus tomorrow morning for a big Horticulture show. It's always an incredibly great inspiration for us growers. Helps us choose the 2010 garden selections :)

I tried to leave a comment on the other post with the Etsy paintings, but for some reason it's not showing up. Anyway, I wanted to say a big thank you for the head's up -- I went over to check them out and snatched that last girl right up (the one with the towel up in the air). What great prices! I can't wait to put her up on my wall -- bathing beauties are a big thing with my husband and I. A comment I made before we were dating about wanting to just lounge around and be a bathing beauty is apparently what got him interested in me, haha. And I also own a swimsuit from Esther Williams (the swim movie star of yesteryear) that is similar, but in royal blue. I love vintage bathing beauties!
