The Elk: Casual brewpub-type setting for lunch or dinner. I'm a fan of the Black Bean Burger. Kid friendly. Browne's Addition Spokane.
Picabu Bistro: A neighborhood bistro with a good, varied menu. I love their Vegan Phad Thai. Kid friendly. Southhill Spokane.
Catacombs: Great intimate setting, in the cellar of the Montvale Hotel. Can't miss the tabletop S'mores!
Luna: Delicious, creative menu. A bit fancy. Spokane Southhill.
Latah Bistro: Great atmosphere. An emphasis on a local farm to table menu. Check out the chocolate dessert menu! Vegan options. Few miles outside of Spokane.
Mizuna: Lovely atmosphere. Creative menu with many vegan and vegetarian options. Sure to please meat and non-meat lovers. A bit fancy. Downtown Spokane.
Moxie: Nice menu, great atmosphere. Save room for the Caramel Banana Tart. A bit fancy. Downtown Spokane.
