Also, you can use gingerbread cookies for a flavourful taste. Although, I´m not sure we use the exact same spices for our gingerbread cookies as you do.

Just stumbled across your site. So cute, I am inspired! I'll have to look for cambazola cheese. I have done a similar thing with a slice of blue cheese drizzled with honey and scallions on a cracker (I use a multi grain so it's nice and sturdy).
