We had such a nice family day yesterday, including a drive on Spokane's City Drive. Whether you live in Spokane or are just visiting, I definitely recommend it.
And it's even better if you stop at the Visitors Center to pick up a map, which includes a lot of historic facts about the drive and what you see along the way.
It was a beautiful day.

We just did that on Saturday! I grew up in North Idaho and that was the FIRST time I'd ever done that. It is so worth it! Beautiful!!

I love this drive! To borrow from the 80's marketing campaign, "Spokane is a Great Place to Live" or something like that :) We are truly blessed to live in such a gorgeous city.
Have a GREAT day!!

What a great idea to pick up the map! I've seen it all, but I'd love to learn the history behind it. It's funny to see Spokane blogged about. :)

Those are some very interesting looking trees in the background of the 2nd photo. Like nothing I've seen before.
My MIL lives in Spokane, but I have never been up there yet.
