Welcome 2011 and welcome Pantone 18-2120, aka Honeysuckle - the official color of 2011!
I've dug through my images to find Honeysuckle and how it's colored my world over the years.

Really? Honeysuckle is pink?? Shows you what a gardener I am, I would have thought it was , um, honey-colored. I dont think it grows in Fl. so I should be forgiven. I did recognize the Bougainvillea though. I remember having a Honeysuckle scented roll-on perfume by Avon in the '70's that I loved!

Saw a artical in Style about it being the new "in" color for 2011 but there are many protests, honeysuckle the plant is NOT pink. The flowers go from pale white to dark yellow/orange. Its a flowering vine common to the mid atlantic and I'm sure other places too. A case of some styly editor or paint name picker not knowing what they are talking about. Its a pretty color and a pretty name that dont relate. Those of us who are literal protest.

Wow, it's a beautiful color! Love it on Bongo's cheeks!! ;-) I can wear that color well but for some reason I gravitate towards autumn colors like oranges. I really should wear more honeysuckle!!
