Our landscaping has begun. I thought I'd share a picture I snapped with my phone looking out from World Headquarters into the yard.
We went with hydroseeding the lawn because it's MUCH less expensive than sod.
We're just looking forward to having a yard again.
And in other news, the boys and cousins have been making movies. And yes, they own a lot of toy guns. If you don't like toy guns, you might not want to watch Super Awesome Man. Just saying.

Ahhhh, Summer fun. They were making their own (video) game, rather than sitting in front of one. Great for their minds!
Also loved the raised beds. I garden in raised beds and love them.

I had to laugh when I saw that part about not watching if you don't like toy guns. I always feel like a bad mom when I mention something about my son's love of Nerf guns and my daughter's love of Barbies. I'm sure I'm looked down upon, but I say... let them be kids.

the boyfriend of one of my best friends still hates his parents for not have him guns as a kid, he thinks he would be a totally different guy otherwise.....but I kind of hate it though, when my kids play with guns, but I also let them play, seems to be important to be the hero that shoots the bad guys, or even be sometimes the bad guy, although this one always get arrested ( so I think, they understand good and bad and this is important;-)

You call your home the world headquarters? I think thats a great name. I kind of got lost and wondered if I'm reading right. Wonderful view though...would love to see it finished.
