The Sandpoint Farmers Market was beautiful this weekend - full of autumn beauty.
I ran into Jennifer, selling her wonderful soaps.
Did you know that vegetables are fruits that are darker in color are the most nutritious?
I love finding new ways to enjoy the harvest. Tomorrow I'll tell you about one of my favorite ways to prepare swiss chard.

That looks like a wonderful Farmer's Market. Ours isn't nearly that nice. I'm hoping the word gets out and it grows a little bit this year.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for featuring our market! We are so proud of the farmers and crafters who work hard to create it! And I did not know that about the darker fruits and veggies! Thank you for the info! It was fun seeing you and Bongo! Happy Harvest!

Oh please tell me how to prepare rainbow chard. It's so very pretty, so I want to like it, but so far it tastes a lot like dirt to me... help! I'm looking forward to tomorrow's post for sure. = )

It's the best time of year for the Farmer's Market. I love to visit our local market, although I'm sure it's not as large as yours. No better place to be on a cool, crisp Saturday morning!
