There's something special about collections just for the holidays. Like holly mugs - for Christmas. And aren't they so wonderful, displayed for all to see?
Do you have holiday collections? If so, what do you collect?

I am trying to collect the Cup of Christmas Tea teapot, teacups and other accessories, but they don't make them anymore. On ebay, they are pricey!

It's terrible but I have a few collections - most dear to my heart is the vintage Santas in sleighs.
My daughter came home and when she went into the kitchen and found our Christmas mugs, she was all "oh Mom, you have the mugs out!". Love it!

Serena, You are so dangerous! Thanks to you I have started collecting Santa mugs as well as the pyrex holly mugs! I love them! I also collect Shiny Brite ornaments, old Christmas cards, Noel candleholders, anything from the 40's and 50's. I also own the same Tom & Jerry punch bowl and mugs that you have! They are so fun!
Merry Christmas! Thanks for being an inspiration to us all in so many ways! Hugs!

I collect snowmen but I also have a collection of Christmas mugs. I make sure to never buy the same one, so I have about 30 different mugs so far. I use them at our Christmas party and gatherings.
Have a glorious day.

Old mica putz cardboard Christmas village pieces. My Great Grandma who lived in Spokane had them up every year. They were magic to me when I was little.
Now I have several cities worth. Plus many, many bottle brush trees. Also made up villages for all 3 of my sibs.

Oh Serena....I'm embarassed to admit all the Christmas collections I have! Bottle Brush trees, old tiny blown ornaments, Art Glass Crystal trees, and really most of my other collections fall in line because I use them at Christmas too. For instance I 'stole' your old toy truck with a bottle brush tree in the back for one of my displays. (I took a lot of ideas out of your Christmas book) I've also started collecting the Putz Sheet but they are a bit pricey for me to buy too many too fast. :) My husband just shakes his head in disbelief...

I collect the Christmas Precious Moment Figurine tree ornament with the year on it. I hang it on my tree and add to my collection. I started it in 1996 when my son was born in October. I plan to continue collecting them until I die and he can have these keepsakes for his christmas tree!
