As I write this, it's gray and foggy here. These cold days really don't inspire thoughts of bright flavorful treats, but truth is, it's citrus season and aren't we lucky! And sure, you can peel yourself an orange. But you can make citrus pops too! A treat I discovered from my friend, Sylvia, who makes popsicles from freshly squeezed grapefruits. So, I decided to give it a try, using lots of different citrus.
It couldn't be any easier. Simply juice your choice of citrus. Don't worry about filtering out the pulp. Pour juice into popsicle molds and freeze.
That's it. And girl, let me tell you, these little pops are the most delicious treats and a sure way to add a POP! of brightness into your day.
